Getting a UK visa

Select English has been licensed by the UK Border Agency to enrol international students under Tier 4 of the Points Based System.

Not all students will need a visa to come to the UK - if you are not sure please contact us or check with the UK Border Agency.

If you are coming for a summer course or another course for less than 6 months then you should register for your course with us and we will send you a letter so you can make a visa application in your country. Adult students (18+) will need a Student Visitor Visa and Children (17 or under) will need a Child Visitor Visa. While you are here you cannot work and you will not be able to change the type of your visa.
